As the organiser of the event you have the legal responsibilities to ensure the health, safety and welfare of any volunteers and contractors that are involved in arranging the event. The public and participants attending at all events must comply with recognised health and safety standards. Health and safety Should be a priority at all times.
 
Identifying the Hazards
 
All the hazards must be identified for each activity. A hazard is something with the potential to cause harm, i.e. slipping / tripping / falling hazards relating to fire risks or fire evacuation.
 
All the Hazards in the music concert or each activity should not be done on the rights of the event, such as tripping or falling hazards around the room or on stage.
