Welcome to Soar Valley Music Centre. We are a charity which aims to bring training in music and media to everyone and anyone. We work mainly, but not exclusively, with young people.
Over the years Soar Valley Music Centre has trained thousands of young people from all backgrounds and given them a route into the industry. The charity now offers projects and courses for all kinds of people from those coming from a youth offending background, to young people at risk, young people with barriers to learning, those who don’t go to school or are at risk of exclusion, as well as talented young musicians seeking dynamic and specialised support. Well done to all involved, especially for those whom it was their first public performance.
This year's production is to be Disney's Beauty and the Beast.
Rehearsals begin on Tuesday November 8th at 6.00pm.
Open to everyone 8 years old upwards - adults included.
Come along a join us in putting on this production. If you don't want to appear on stage but want to take part we need set designers and makers, back stage hands, front of house help, promoters and general helpmates.
Talk to James or Kate if you can offer assistance in any way.
